Integrating graduate student and affiliate population into campus life
Harvard University had ambitious housing plans for its campus. Working closely with the long-time client to understand the inspiration behind their vision, we oversaw three residential properties in the Riverside neighborhood of Cambridge, which included developing two new LEED Gold residential halls, converting a historic residence into affordable housing and creating 120 condominium units for faculty housing.
