Work with us
If you have been invited by a JLL employee to be considered as a provider of goods or services, you will be required to enroll in electronic payments and complete a vendor due diligence process. This process may include providing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Certificates of Insurance and a Risk Assessment Profile.
JLL is introducing automated invoice processing for all our vendors in 2020 and 2021. All vendors will need to work with your JLL partner to get registered in our payables system. Those vendors that provide goods or services for JLL corporate operations will also need to ensure that your invoices are formatted appropriately and include your vendor identifier and a purchase order number where applicable. Vendors who service JLL clients may have different invoicing procedures. You will get more information about these arrangements as you go through the onboarding process.
JLL is moving all suppliers to electronic payments. You will have the option to sign up for payments via our virtual credit card or via electronic funds transfer. These fast and secure payment methods are a great improvement on paper checks.
