The Baltimore County East and Baltimore City East submarkets saw the largest occupancy gains, as McCormick & Co. and John’s Hopkins Medical moved into 348,768 and 165,140 s.f., respectively. Kuehne + Nagel, a third-party logistics user, took down MRP’s 656,800-square-foot speculative development in Aberdeen, while additional retail fulfillment companies claimed another 1.9 million s.f.of development currently under construction.
