Managing Director

Steve Ostrowski is a Managing Director of the JLL Midwest Industrial Services team where he is focused on developing long-term client relationships with strategic partners. Steve represents institutional, corporate and private entities in the sale, lease and acquisition of industrial real estate assets and land sites concentrated on supply chain optimization. He is a member of the JLL Industrial Food & Beverage Group, and the JLL Port, Airport and Global Infrastructure Group.

Steve has been a real estate advisor with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2010 and is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of related industrial sales experience. The core of Steve’s expertise and experience is centered on site identification and acquisition, dispositions and lease negotiations, as well as strategic advisory, financial underwriting and economic forecasting.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL
  • M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Chicago
  • Steve was a four-year letter-winner, a two-time all-Big Ten Honoree and team captain on the North western University football team. Steve earned Gamma Phi Beta distinction while attending the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
