​​Current responsibilities

Randall is an Executive Vice President and National Director with JLL in the San Diego office and has 30 years of corporate real estate experience. He focuses exclusively on tenant representation and has served a wide variety of organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 and global companies to leading local firms. He is recognized by CoStar as a “Top 1% tenant representation broker in the San Diego County market” in reported transaction volume.

Along with a tenacious results-oriented approach, Randall provides great attention to detail, which has helped his clients achieve significant financial savings, risk mitigation and enhanced economic predictability. Randall is widely recognized by clients and peers for providing excellent service with absolute integrity.

Experience

Randall has completed over $1.5 billion and 13 million square feet of transactions (total market in San Diego county is 80 million square feet). Before joining JLL, Randall was a Principal with the San Diego office of The Staubach Company. Prior to Staubach, Randall worked for 16 years with a local tenant representation firm that eventually became Cresa.

Randall also worked for a leading real estate development company with a portfolio of approximately one million square feet and has owned commercial property.  His previous experience on the landlord’s side of the negotiating table has proven invaluable in representing tenants. Randall is considered an authority on the market and has written for and been quoted by various publications, both local and national. Randall enjoys consistent repeat and referral business due not only to the results he achieves, but also to treating people exceptionally well. He was honored to be the inaugural recipient of JLL San Diego Manager’s Choice Award in recognition of professionalism and trustworthiness.

Boys & Girls Foundation of San Diego – Served on Board of Directors serving at-risk youth in San Diego
