Mr. Sue is the Office Brokerage Lead for the Hawaii market where he oversees and develops JLL’s office brokerage practice, including landlord and tenant advisory services (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions) for locally owned and operated entities as well as global and national owners and occupiers of commercial real estate. Keenan’s Hawaii team also provides local brokerage support for global and national JLL Corporate Services Accounts.
Formerly the Managing Director of Bishop Commercial, he specializes in the representation of institutional tenants and landlords throughout the State, as well as providing real estate advisory services for Hawaii’s most prominent institutions. Keenan and his team have proven their ability to attract excellent tenants in an extremely competitive market, matching qualified users for spaces in very distinct market and building types.
In addition to his extensive experience as an exclusive leasing agent, Keenan represents several local and global occupiers including Anthology Marketing Group, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Xerox.
Mr. Sue holds a Bachelor of Economics degree form Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota and is a graduate of Punahou School. He has most recently been accepted as a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). A former professional baseball player, Keenan serves as the Head Coach of the baseball program for Punahou School. He also holds a commercial pilot license and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
