Telfair Medical Court welcomes its first tenant

SUGAR LAND, Texas, March 13, 2024 – JLL announced today a significant milestone for Telfair Medical Court, the recently completed Class A medical office building situated in the heart of Sugar Land, Texas. Edloe Imaging, a medical imaging group, has become Telfair’s first tenant, securing a 5,600-square-foot space at 6927 Brisbane Court. 10,500 square feet of prime medical office space remain available for prospective tenants.

Madeline Cleary, Healthcare Real Estate Advisor at JLL, spearheads the leasing efforts on behalf of the property owner, Edloe Ventures. Identity Architects serves as the architect and Identity Built is the general contractor for this state-of-the-art facility.

In particular, the expansive storefront glass and striking bookended entry towers, clad in dark porcelain tile, evoke a more contemporary approach to the patient/visitor experience. Anchored by angular posts visible upon site entry, a covered outdoor amenity space, intended for outdoor seating, integrates into a continuous covered canopy along the full building brick-clad frontage for excellent coverage and protection from the elements.

Additionally, the medical office building offers an opportunity for exterior building signage with high visibility and is strategically located by key medical facilities including Memorial Hermann and Houston Methodist Sugar Land campuses.
