JLL tapped to lease and manage Maui Mall in Kahului
JLL adds more than 260,000 square feet of retail space to its portfolio under management
HONOLULU October 10, 2019 – JLL today announced that the firm has been retained to provide retail property management and leasing services on behalf of the owners of the Maui Mall located at 70 E Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Hawaii. The Maui Mall has over 260,000 square feet of outdoor retail. Brian K. Yano (S), General Manager of Maui Retail and Tam T. Hawley (S), Property Manager, will be responsible for property management while Lauren W. Stilley (S), Deven D. Higa (J), and Justin Katahira (S) will be responsible for retail leasing.
“Maui Mall is a beautiful open-air center centrally located right off the island’s two major highways,” said Yano. “The property has some of the best local retail, entertainment, fitness centers, and restaurants that Kahului has to offer, its location near the island’s main airport and harbor make it a prime retail destination for both locals and visitors.”
Maui Mall is anchored by the Regal Cinemas Maui Mall Multiplex, Whole Foods Market, Longs Drugs, and TJ Maxx. The property also has a number of local retail, food, and entertainment options including the Kahului Ale House, Tasaka Guri Guri, Fun Factory, and Hau Lani Café.
