JLL Project and Development Services promotes Arturo Bañuelos to lead Latin America
A 30-year industry veteran, he will guide a team of professionals to drive growth for JLL Project Management
CHICAGO, Oct. 18, 2023 – JLL announced today that is has appointed Arturo Bañuelos to lead Project and Development Services (PDS) in Latin America which includes Central America, the Caribbean, South America, and Mexico. As Managing Director, he will position JLL as a strategic partner and global leader in the delivery of real estate projects.
Bañuelos previously lead JLL PDS in Mexico and has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. As the PDS Mexico lead, he supervised the management of real estate projects from the design through the final delivery, assuring the best quality, adherence to deadlines, cost control and safety during the project. His team consisted of more than 300 professionals working on projects for both national and international companies.

As the PDS leader in Latin America, Bañuelos is directly responsible for directing all activities related to the operations of JLL Project and Development Services in the region. As leader of the market, he has a team of more than 500 professionals, who oversee managing and executing projects for both national and international organizations.
