JLL delivers 34,000 SF residential facility for Impact 360 Institute

Heritage Student Housing will accommodate up to 65 students and support the nonprofit’s future growth

July 08, 2021

ATLANTA, (July 8, 2021) – Impact 360 Institute, a faith-based, nonprofit organization located in Pine Mountain, Ga., today celebrates the opening of Heritage Student Housing, a 34,000-square-foot residential facility that will double housing capacity on campus. From conceptual design to delivery, JLL Atlanta’s Project and Development Services (PDS) group managed the development efforts for the building.

Thoughtfully designed for community-based residential living, Heritage Student Housing will provide on-campus housing for approximately 65 students in suite-style housing pods. Less than a year after launching construction, the newly delivered housing will support Impact 360 Institute’s future growth, creating an opportunity for more students to benefit from its first-class learning environment.

“Every square foot of our campus has been meticulously designed to support our mission of cultivating the next generation of leaders who follow Jesus, and Heritage Student Housing is no different,” says Eric Turner, Director of Operations with Impact 360 Institute. “Today’s opening marks an exciting new chapter for our organization. We’re looking forward to welcoming more students than ever on campus, ultimately creating more life-changing experiences for those looking to grow their faith.”

In addition to housing for students, the facility includes two dedicated residence life staff apartments and four graduate student apartments. Other notable building features include communal living spaces, a two-story great room, a community kitchen, laundry rooms and various gathering spaces for students and staff. In addition, the expansive, state-of-the-art campus is immersed in the natural beauty of Callaway Gardens resort and F. D. Roosevelt State Park, giving students access to recreational activities such as biking, tennis, hiking and swimming.

“Impact 360 Institute needed a modern residence facility that could accommodate more young people and the nonprofit’s expanding roster of programming, but also serve as a seamless extension of the campus’ tranquil and collaborative learning environment,” said JLL Project Manager Hunter Evans. “Our team was able to successfully and efficiently deliver a building that will support the client's mission for years to come.”

Heritage Student Housing was designed by Credo Design Architects and built by Batson-Cook Construction. For more information about Impact 360 Institute, visit: https://www.impact360institute.org.
