JLL Capital Markets closed the sale of the UCHealth – Erie Nine Mile Medical Center in Erie, Colorado
DENVER, Feb. 20, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the $5.65 million sale of UCHealth – Erie Nine Mile Medical Center, an 8,000-square-foot Class A medical office building in Erie, Colorado.
JLL represented the seller, Evergreen Devco Inc., in the sale to an Arizona based private real estate company.
Located on 0.71 acres at 2970 Arapahoe Road, the newly built, single-tenant property is occupied by UCHealth, a not-for-profit healthcare system headquartered in Aurora, Colorado. The UCHealth is part of a larger 47-acre, mixed-use center currently being developed by Evergreen that includes 287 multifamily units, a new King Soopers and multiple retail pads and shops.
