Who we are
Hear from members on what drives their passion for diversity and inclusion.
Kenneth Coll, Account Manager and possABILITY Founder
Being a founder of possABILITY has allowed me to connect and interact with other people within and outside of the JLL network who share a common goal in making inclusion a key focus in the workplace. As a father to a teen son on the autism spectrum who will soon be ready to enter the workforce, I want to shape the workplace to welcome, appreciate, and leverage his strengths.
Janna Gilbert, Senior Director, Business Operations, National possABILITY Co-Lead
Leading possABILITY makes me proud to be a JLL employee. Our team works to drive opportunity, equity and inclusion in the workplace for people of all abilities. One example of this is our partnership with Best Buddies on a supported employment program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’m proud of the progress our team has achieved and look forward to our future accomplishments.
Ryan Morgan, Recruiter, HR Talent & Acquisition, Chicago possABILITY committee
possABILITY has changed my life and my views on the world and has strengthened my commitment to provide equal opportunity to all, recognizing that everyone has a purpose. Helping others understand this amazing initiative is motivating and fulfilling for me.
Steve Ramseur, Chief Innovation Officer, National possABILITY Co-Lead
possABILITY has provided an empathetic community of co-workers who are on a quest to excel at work and as caregivers at home. Being able to share, laugh and cry with compassionate and available colleagues who do not need an ‘explanation’ makes JLL an even better place to work.
Ana Duarte, Property Manager, Brazil possABILITY Co-Lead
In 2008, I discovered I had a disability. And from there I started a search for equal opportunities. In 2019, already at JLL, I joined the D&I committee and was invited to lead and help launch the possABILITY Brazil chapter. My goal is for all people to understand that as people with disabilities, we are just like everyone else!
Rosana Queiroz, Administrative Analyst, Brazil possABILITY Co-Lead
Accepting the role of possABILITY Brazil Chapter Co-Lead is very rewarding and there are also have many challenges to overcome. This role will help me give a voice to people with disabilities inside and outside of JLL. I want people to have the same opportunity as I do to find an environment where their work is valued, regardless of their disability.
