Occupiers, landlords, investors, and developers are facing various challenges as the availability of industrial space and land to build upon continues to descend. The construction pipeline is robust, with many projects set to deliver in the coming year; however, it is unable to keep up with the rapidly increasing demand. Additionally, the backlog of current projects continues to push anything new out. While this report is a snapshot of current conditions in the industrial market it provides a new perspective on the supply crunch.
