The Louisville industrial market remained steady as vacancy remains near record low levels, and at present there is just one existing building available over 350,000 s.f. Historically speaking Louisville has not been a build to suit or preleasing market. But, over the past 12 months this trend has begun to change and has accelerated in 2022.
