- Our national due diligence team specializes in ASTM E1527 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessments, with significant emphasis on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements for ESA, PCA, Appraisal, Green, Seismic, ALTA, and Zoning reports.
