Zane is a Director in the Phoenix, AZ office of JLL where he is part of the Data Center Capital Markets Group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in investment sales, debt, and equity advisory for data centers. During his time at JLL, he has transacted on over $3 billion through the disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate.
