Current responsibilities:
Based in Miami, FL, Zander is a senior manager, who leads all research and strategy across the state of Florida including South Florida, Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Jacksonville. Zander focuses on client relationships and business development regarding market intelligence and thought leadership for all major commercial real estate sectors by partnering with brokerage and capital markets teams throughout the state.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Zander spent 4 years at another global commercial real estate firm where he led research in Nashville and across the Southeast. He provided in-depth analysis on market trends and consulted with some of the largest institutional owners in the world such as Prologis, JPMorgan, Related, and Blackstone. Zander has also presented at many CRE and economic development events/townhalls regarding analysis, market trends, and forecast.
Education and affiliations:
Zander earned his Master of Business from American University with focuses in Finance and International Business as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Kinesiology from Lipscomb University. He holds his Tennessee Affiliate Brokers License and a member of NAIOP.
Outside interests:
During his free time, Zander enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling around the world.
