Current responsibilities

Zachary Azus currently serves as a Vice President in JLL's Midtown Manhattan office. Zack is a member of the New York Consulting/Advisory Group, a team that partners with brokerage personnel and provides new business development, strategy development, financial structuring, and transaction execution services. Zack is involved in the pursuit, strategy, analysis, negotiation, and execution of real estate solutions for commercial office occupiers. By identifying, assessing, and managing each party’s levers, which are unique to each transaction, Zack has helped arrange many types of real estate transactions. Making a real estate commitment is never straightforward, but Zack knows how to distill all real estate factors so that his clients can make informed real estate decisions on a financial, operational, and qualitative basis. He joined JLL in 2016.
