Current responsibilities:

Zachary Azus currently serves as an Vice President in JLL's Midtown Manhattan office. Zack is a member of the New York Consulting/Advisory Group, a team that partners with brokerage personnel and provides new business development, strategy development, financial structuring, and transaction execution services. Zack specializes in analyzing the financial impacts of a real estate transaction from both an acquisition and disposition perspective on a cash, earnings, and P&L basis. He joined JLL in 2016.
