Current responsibilities
Yuma is an Associate with JLL’s global Data Center Solutions practice team, specializing in Transaction Advisory. He focuses on client development as well as providing transactional support and creating custom marketing campaigns. Yuma is co-lead of the JLL Data Center Community of Excellence, a JLL industry-wide initiative to bring brokerage support roles into a collaborative group that shares experience across national markets.
Experience
Yuma has experience creating financial analyses for clients comparing scenarios of building, improving and leasing data center space, as well as creating engaging print and new-media marketing materials that bridge the gap between traditional commercial real estate marketing and technology-driven innovation to reach a wider audience. He has assisted in transactions for KPMG, Vistra Energy and various financial institutions. Prior to JLL, Yuma was a Transition Coordinator, Global Corporate Services at Newmark and focused on the transfer of real estate portfolio services from clients to Newmark’s Global Corporate Services platform.
Education and affiliations
Yuma received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Dartmouth College and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas.
