Wit is an Executive Managing Director at JLL, a member of JLL’s Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions team and the America’s Industrial Council.
Wit earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Problem solving abilities from his engineering background coupled with experience gained during a career in commercial real estate spanning over 30 years gives him a wealth of experience and insight that he uses to benefit his clients.
Focusing on the industrial sector, Wit specializes in serving clients in Supply Chain and Logistics, Tenant Representation, site selection, sales, Agency Leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and build-to-suit properties Over the years, he has worked with companies in the distribution, warehouse and manufacturing fields advising and assisting them with their real estate strategies.
Wit is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) where he served as its President in 2008.
Wit lives in Marietta with his wife Robin and they have three grown children. He is a member of Mt Vernon Presbyterian Church and a past President of the Mt Vernon Presbyterian Foundation. In his spare time, Wit enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake with his family and traveling the world to exciting new destinations with his wife.
