Current Responsibilities
William has been representing commercial occupiers for over two decades. He has helped his clients strategically administer complex national and global portfolios, navigate lease agreements and solve problems spanning a wide array of property types including Class A towers, mixed-use retail, industrial and data centers. Over the last 10 years he has become a leading expert in coworking and has helped facilitate the unprecedented expansion of the flex space industry.
Education and Affiliations
William earned a BA from Washington and Lee University where he was a captain of the football team. He launched his real estate career with Cushman and Wakefield in Atlanta after playing football professionally in Germany.
He served for many years on the board of JDRF and currently works with Breakthrough Collaborative, which helps provide underprivileged students a pathway to a college education.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, playing golf, gardening and cooking with his family.
