Current responsibilities:
Will Childs serves as a Senior Director in JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory Services, specializing in the national seniors housing and healthcare sectors. Mr. Childs has experience in valuation, market studies, and feasibility analysis of single-asset to large portfolio transactions throughout the United States. Clients served include a broad base of local and national investment firms, property owners, development and operating companies, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, and REITs.
Experience:
Prior to JLL, Will served as a Partner and Executive VP at OHC Advisors, a national firm specializing in senior housing and healthcare real estate valuation and market studies. He led a team operating in the Southeastern US, with projects spanning all 50 states. He also worked as Executive VP of Salus Valuation Group and started his career as a transaction advisor with Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets National Healthcare Practice Group. Will has been actively involved in the real estate industry for almost two decades.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, William is an esteemed speaker and panelist in the seniors housing and long-term care industry, regularly participating in industry conferences and webinars.
