Career Summary
Wick is a Managing Director in the Denver Office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. After 16 years in the JLL Chicago office, Wick transitioned to Denver in January 2024. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. He is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory transactions throughout the Denver MSA.
Wick started at HFF in May 2008 and has transacted more than $5 billion of multi-housing transactions to date. Before that, he was a senior portfolio analyst at Merrill Lynch Capital – Real Estate Finance, where he managed a $900 million loan portfolio. Wick began his career at Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services as an Underwriter for small business loans.
