Current Responsibilities
Wendy McArthur has been representing commercial real estate clients for over 20 years along with her long-time partners Brooke Gothard and Leigh Martin. She specializes in data center and office tenant representation and clients include local Atlanta companies as well as multi-market, domestic and international corporations.
Wendy has a unique perspective and understanding of the data center and office market sectors having worked on both sides of transactions through several market cycles. Her knowledge of the market conditions and trends enable her to provide strategic and creative solutions that align with her clients’ business needs. Wendy was a founding member of her former company’s (CBRE) national data center practice and is a board member of the JLL data center solutions practice group.
Wendy is highly respected by her peers, co-workers and especially by her clients for her diverse skillset, her wide breadth of real estate knowledge and for her deep commitment to always protecting the interests of her clients.
