Walker Pennington is a Vice President at JLL Houston’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Team, Tenant Representation. Having spent years representing local and national owners and operators, Walker has a deep understanding of the inner-workings of the user’s decision-making processes. Walker has experience in representing clients across the country through engaging and establishing relationships with local brokers. Skilled at leveraging her knowledge of various markets, Walker is better able to meet his clients’ real estate needs.

- Prior to joining JLL, Walker was a Senior Associate at CBRE. Prior to that, he held an Associate position within JLL.
Education
- Walker received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
