Current responsibilities
Victoria Blackstock is an Associate on JLL’s Agency Leasing team where she focuses exclusively on landlord representation in Denver’s Southeast Suburban and West Denver submarkets. Victoria works to ensure certainty to close, from initial inquiry, to lease negotiation, to lease execution.
Experience
Started her real estate career six years ago at Realogic Analytics valuing assets for a large public REIT. In 2015, Victoria was hired at JLL Chicago in their property management group where she spent two years working for MetLife. She transitioned to JLL’s downtown agency leasing team in 2017, working as a financial analyst on approximately 12 million square feet for a variety of owners. In 2019 Victoria became an Associate where she represented 2.6 million square feet for both large institutional owners and boutique investment firms. In her role, she provides a high-touch approach to prospective tenant engagement and the tour process. Victoria moved back to Colorado in June of 2020 where she is now focusing on office leasing in the Southeast Suburban and West Denver submarkets. Prior to CRE, Victoria worked as an executive admin for the CSO & CFO at Crocs HQ.
