Current responsibilities
Valeria works in the Phoenix office of JLL, specializing in the representation of Data Center tenants. She works alongside senior team members on local, regional, and national Data Center requirements for clients. As a leading national Data Center team, Valeria helps to find sound solutions to complex Data Center needs, from colocation leases, land acquisition and dispositions, as well as agency representation for Data Center operators. Valeria works to manage market data, create offering memorandums and additional support materials for clients, and assists in generating client agreements.
Experience
Valeria began her career with JLL her sophomore year of college, interning alongside an office brokerage team in the Phoenix office. The following summer she joined the Data Centers team as a second-year intern, of which she maintained throughout the rest of her college journey. Valeria graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Arizona State University with a degree in Management, a minor in Real Estate, and a certificate in Applied Business Analytics.
