Current responsibilities
Trey is responsible for executive oversight of the JLL portfolio of industrial properties in the Carolinas. Trey’s duties include overall bottom-line accountability for the Industrial Property Management Division as well as leadership of the local markets Industrial Property Management teams. Trey is also a member of the JLL Industrial Property Management Leadership Council which develops strategic initiatives and best practices for use throughout the firm.

In addition, Trey provides operational support for the Industrial Property Management platform. He works to evaluate and implement tools and resources to make the platform more effective and efficient to ensure JLL Industrial Property management is delivering best in class service to our customers.

Experience
Trey has extensive property and project management experience and has managed several large building capital projects including modernizations and infrastructure projects, as well as numerous tenant improvements.

He began his career in commercial real estate at Webb Clements, where he served as a project manager. During this time with Webb Clements, he assisted and managed numerous construction projects for various clients including coordinating architectural and contractor selection with clients.

Prior to joining JLL, he managed a one million square foot high rise office building in Charlotte’s Central Business District for almost 12 years.
