Career summary
Trey is an Executive Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and co-leader of the firm’s national debt business line. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and sales. Trey is primarily responsible for originating individual and portfolio debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. During his time with HFF, he completed more than $23.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on construction, portfolio and equity/joint venture transactions. Noteworthy transactions include the $1.1 billion Crescent Office Portfolio sale, a joint venture equity raise and debt placement for the Victory Park project in Dallas, Texas, the $500 million debt placement for Blackstone/Meristar, and the $500 million debt placement for NorthPark Mall.
Trey joined HFF in 1998. Prior to that, he was a vice president in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group with Guaranty Bank in Dallas, Texas.
