Trevor represents users of real estate in facility and site acquisition. He is responsible for research, site evaluation and selection, marketing, business development, strategic planning, financial analysis, lease review and negotiations. His background in finance, marketing and real estate investments enable him to provide the value-added service that is associated with JLL.
Trevor joined JLL in 2012. His specialties include: Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, Financial and Strategic Consulting, Research, and Site Selection. Notable transactions/clients include the following: Aetna, New York Life, California Casualty, Key Bank, WebPT (headquarters), QBE Insurance, First Credit Union (headquarters) among others.
Trevor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. Trevor maintains personal involvement in the community through various associations and participation in the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation. His interests include sports, fitness, and University of Arizona athletics.
