Current responsibilities
Trevor Miller serves as Senior Director of JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Columbus. In this role, Trevor is responsible for performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial lending, portfolio valuation, and tax appeal purposes throughout the state of Ohio and surrounding states.
In addition to appraisal services, Mr. Miller is assembling a team of appraisers and actively obtaining clients in the Columbus office. These responsibilities include client communications, appraisal review, and mentoring junior appraisers.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in April 2017, Mr. Miller served as Director of Integra Realty Resources (IRR) in Columbus and was a member of the Integra Realty Resources Seniors Housing and Healthcare specialty practice. Mr. Miller has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2003 in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation. His background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications, including market value appraisals throughout the United States and real estate tax appeals in Ohio. Mr. Miller has experience appraising a variety of property types, including industrial, multi-family, senior-housing, urban mixed-use, triple-net properties, urban and suburban office, self-storage, residential subdivisions, and various special-use property types. In addition to Trevor’s appraisal experience, he has also testified on behalf of clients during litigation proceedings.
