Trevor Gale, SIOR, is a managing director at JLL’s downtown Los Angeles, California office.
He is also a senior member of the Reno, Vanis, Gale & Segal team, one of the nation’s leading industrial teams, where together they consistently transact at record setting levels. They are a continually recognized and respected leader in industrial real estate, with over 55 combined years of experience.
Trevor’s provides consultative services to help businesses with navigating the details of relocation, competitive properties, market data, rental rate negotiation and TI options. He provides brokerage and investment services in the Central Los Angeles market.
He is in his 16th year of industrial brokerage and spearheads many of the day to day transactional duties for the team. Over his career, he has assisted with complex lease negotiations, owner/user transactions, investment acquisitions/dispositions and works with major property owners, small businesses and tenants alike.
Trevor is a Southern California native, growing up locally in the San Fernando Valley. He lives in Westchester with his wife Christy and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, surfing, boating and snowboarding.
Collectively, they also believe that business and philanthropy must be intertwined and spend time throughout the year supporting the local community and the Jewish Home for the Aging.
