Current Responsibilities
Industrial real estate fascinates Travis. It is the story of how products are manufactured and how those products travel into our lives as consumers through supply chain. Travis specializes in end-user representation throughout the Central Texas region. He provides expertise in renewal, relocation evaluation and negotiation, competitive site selection, build-to-suit development and dispositions. Travis is a resource for clients, leveraging technology to help them visualize the market and make fact-based, data-driven decisions.
Experience
Travis brings over 10 years of experience and know how to every client interaction. Before joining JLL, Travis was an Industrial Tenant Representation Associate at Stream Realty where he represented corporate users in acquiring, developing, leasing and disposing of industrial real estate. He started his professional career with Sunbelt Rentals and was a top national sales representative serving the Texas Gulf Coast region in industrial equipment.
