Based in Austin, Travis is a retail broker specializing in tenant representation in Central and South Texas. He is responsible for helping retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. Travis is the master broker for Chuy’s and USAA nationally. His vast experience in leasing and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer relationships at the national, regional and local level.
Experience
Travis has more than fourteen years of experience in the retail brokerage industry with expertise in tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Travis worked for SRS Real Estate Partners as an Associate. He specialized in tenant representation, lease negotiations, site acquisition, project analysis and disposition initiatives.
