Current Responsibilities
Tracy Scifo is responsible for overseeing third-party property management for JLL’s industrial clients. Tracy and her teams manage industrial assets in Northern and Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. Her primary responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day management of JLL’s portfolio of assets including property management, high touch customer service, facilities and construction management, lease administration, receivership, project and development services, business planning, operations, capital projects and financial reporting. Tracy understands owning real estate in today’s market can be challenging for owners. Her focus is to effectively manage the myriad of issues that come up daily in order to maintain the value of each property. Tracy’s primary objective is to provide the owner with the professional assistance needed to ensure the success of the owner’s investment.
Experience
Tracy has more than 20 years of property management experience, during which time she has managed millions of square feet of industrial and select suburban office real estate. Through leveraging this experience and expertise, Ms. Scifo has effectively provided a high level of service to her tenants resulting in asset stability.
Prior to joining JLL, she worked for Colliers International with oversight of over 3 million square feet of property. Before joining Colliers in 2009, Tracy worked for Buzz Oates Development with responsibility for the overall management of a portfolio of over 15 million square feet of institutional-grade industrial assets. She is experienced in single and multi-tenant light manufacturing buildings, warehouse distribution and food grade facilities. Additional emphasis has been on the management of third-party contracts, the implementation of cost-saving programs, construction project management, tenant improvement layout and design.

Education and Affiliations
Tracy has a BA in International Relations from Scripps College, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. She is also a member of BOMA International.
