Current responsibilities
Torey Piccini leads or supports the execution of portfolio strategies and complex transactions for national and global clients, in addition to representing tenants for the firm’s Westchester and Fairfield County clients. Torey’s account responsibilities include Neopost USA, Toshiba, Travelers, Westinghouse, and Westcon.
Torey is a member of the Integrated Portfolio Services team(IPS) in the New York region. The IPS team coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, and Business & Economic Incentives.
This vertically integrated approach allows the Tri-State IPS team to provide their global clients with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution. The team’s ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures their client’s real estate strategy is aligned with their long-term business objectives.
Torey’s specialties include Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning and Execution, and Tenant Representation.
Experience
Torey Piccini has over 10 years of real estate experience in complex portfolio strategies as well as headquarter relocations; and office and warehouse transactions. His global client experience includes Coca-Cola, General Motors, Neopost USA, Toshiba America, and Westcon.
Education
Torey graduated from S.U.N.Y. College at Oneonta with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Minor in Business Communication.

He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the US Green Building Council and a participant of CoreNet Global. He is an active member of BHPA.
