As Senior Managing Director for JLL, Tony Russell specializes in the leasing and sales of office and life science properties. He represents both landlords and tenants in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage services. Tony has an extensive and successful track record in crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans for the pre-leasing of new construction/ground-up developments and the repositioning of existing assets.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Tony's clients includes institutional and private owners of real estate, large and small corporations. Tony’s background and passion for architecture & design combined with his creative approach to marketing has been the key to his success and has created significant value for his clients.
Tony has transacted more than 10 million feet of lease and sales transactions with a value exceeding more than $5 billion. Prior to joining JLL, Tony spent 11 years with BRE Commercial, now Cushman & Wakefield, in San Diego and Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona.
