Description
Tom Sullivan is a Senior Managing Director in its Debt and Equity business in Boston, MA. Tom spent the previous six and a half years building and leading the structured finance advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield in New England, successfully advising on over $3 billion in debt and equity transactions for institutions, regional/local operators and developers.
Prior to his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Sullivan spent 14 years as a lender working on heavily structured CMBS, mezzanine and balance sheet deals with a focus in the mid Atlantic through New England corridor. Sullivan has handled more than $12 billion of debt and equity transactions across all asset types during his 20 year career, including multifamily, industrial, office/biotech, retail, and development/land. Tom graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and is an active member of Boston’s real estate community including REFA and RELA.
