Current Responsibilities
Tom Lepry is a Senior Vice President for JLL's Tenant Representation division in Denver, Colorado. His responsibilities include assisting tenants with strategic real estate planning, lease administration, disposition, relocation and portfolio management.
Experience
Tom has 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 10 years as a Vice President with The Staubach Company, prior to Staubach's merger with JLL in 2008. Previously, Tom was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and an Associate Managing Director at
Insignia / ESG.
Education and Affiliations
Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Engineering from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® and Western Energy Alliance.
