Current Responsibilities

Tom has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with specific expertise in tenant representation as well as selective landlord agency assignments.  Recently, Tom has been responsible for a number of significant transactions including the 250,000 SF headquarters relocation for Invensys in Foxborough, MA; the 220,000 SF headquarters relocation of Reebok International to Boston, MA; the 200,000 SF lease for Moderna Therapeutics in Norwood, MA; the 100,000 SF headquarters lease for Samsonite in Mansfield, MA; the 95,000 SF lease for Smith & Nephew in Mansfield, MA; and the 35,000 SF headquarters relocation of Gulf Oil to Wellesley, MA.

 

In addition, Tom has successfully worked on a number of landlord agency assignments including Presidents Place, 1250 Hancock Street, Quincy on behalf of Related Beal; 2 Hampshire Street, Foxborough on behalf of Morris & Morse; 141 Longwater Drive on behalf of Foxrock Properties; and 118 Shipyard Drive, Hingham on behalf of Samuels & Associates.

 

Previous Experience

Tom came to JLL after working as a top performer at FHO Partners Boston and the Trammell Crow Company. He has developed an impressive professional network with a client base of national and global companies. In 2006, Tom was awarded the Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Office Deal of the Year for the Tyco Healthcare lease (475,000 SF) and the 2006 Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Industrial Deal of the Year for the AutoPart International lease of 347,000 SF.
