Current Responsibilities | Experience:
Tom’s focus is on Tenant Representation in the greater Nashville area, with his primary duties focused on developing transaction and occupancy strategies and solutions and managing the entire transaction process for office users. He has over 20 years of real estate experience and has a broad understanding of the important principals that must be incorporated into a successful transaction. Tom’s goal is to establish long-standing client relationships by delivering results that outperform the market with trust and integrity. Along with partner Bo Tyler, Tom provides local leadership for the Nashville JLL office, which includes over 50 real estate professionals and staff.
