Mr. Fairhurst has over 14 years of experience with a background in brokerage, development, appraisal and property management. Mr. Fairhurst has extensive experience and knowledge in providing clients, from local to international corporations, with customized commercial real estate solutions including acquisition, lease obligation, asset repositioning and disposition strategies.

A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Fairhurst is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Fisher School of Business.
