Current responsibilities 

Tom Doupe joined JLL in 2012, working primarily with the Agency Leasing Practice Group, representing institutionally-owned, Class A office buildings in San Francisco’s CBD. Over the past 4 years, he has represented 11 office buildings in Downtown San Francisco, totaling over 4.4 MSF, and has successfully implemented several unique asset strategy programs including re-positioning for value-add investors as well as occupancy cost-savings initiatives for pension fund ownership groups. His main focus and ultimate goal is to leverage his senior team members by managing leasing activity reports and financial analyses, perfecting the art of the tour, creating real connections with the tenant representation brokerage community, and proactively marketing each building accordingly.

Education

Tom graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors degree in Applied Economics and Management and a minor degree in Real Estate Finance from the Cornell Baker Program. While at Cornell University, Tom played football and competed in Track & Field. Tom enjoys golf, competing in triathlons, and rooting for the 49’ers. Native of Los Angeles, California.
