Tom DiMicelli

Senior Managing Director

Tom joined JLL as a Senior Managing Director, National Director in January 2011. His 36-years of experience in the Long Island commercial real estate market has guided him in leading the firm’s local industrial team.

With a focus on sales and leasing of industrial properties, he has completed in excess of 20 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions on behalf of landlords, investors, and occupiers. Among his clients are local, national, and Fortune 500 companies including Time Equities, Inc., The Luxottica Group, Maurice Villency, Inc., and Restaurant Depot.

Tom is the only broker in the history of Long Island’s “Most Ingenious Deal of The Year Award” to be a three-time recipient. The first award was given to him for the sale of the former Northrop Grumman headquarters facility in Holtsville, NY to Symbol Technologies, Inc. (now Zebra Technologies), the second for the sale of the 179,000 SF former Bristol Myers Squibb facility in Garden City, N.Y., and most recently for the sale of the 186,000 SF former Newsday plant in Melville, which is now the site of a 260-unit senior condo development.

His dedication to his clients has helped him to be among JLL’s top 10% of brokers to be named “Top Gun” for 2012, 2013, 2020, and 2022, and “Gold Achiever” from 2014 through 2019.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Rutgers College and is a member of Long Island’s Commercial Industrial Broker Society. A believer in giving back to his community, he is a long-time member of the board of directors for the Long Island Network of Community Services (LINCS), a charitable organization providing various services on Long Island, and currently serves as its Chairman of The Board.
