Tom Cromartie is Senior Managing Director with JLL’s Industrial Brokerage Team based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Tom and his team provide strategic portfolio optimization solutions to a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 corporations to technology startups. Tom has had broad experience in his career, which enables his clients to entrust him with strategic consulting and transaction services. His patient and detailed approach to clients’ requirements ensures he achieves the best results in all transactions, and his quick thinking allows him to adapt team strategies efficiently.
Experience:
Tom graduated in 2002 from Georgia State University with a MBA in Real Estate. He joined CBRE in 2009 where he was involved with a full spectrum of commercial brokerage transactions.
