As a Vice President of Brokerage, Todd provides sales and leasing services for clients focused on industrial buildings. Todd joined JLL in 2016 with its acquisition of Louisville based commercial real estate firm, Harry K. Moore Co. Although he focuses solely on brokerage today, Todd has been working in the industrial real estate sector since 2010 in both a property management and brokerage capacity for select industrial clients.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Todd was president of a wholesale distribution and logistics company. Todd joined the company in 1993 after graduating Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, and rose through the ranks during his 17-year career.
Outside of work Todd enjoys fishing and traveling with his family. As an avid watcher of CBS’s Survivor, Todd looks forward to Wednesday nights when his entire family gathers for the show’s weekly episode. Todd has also been heavily involved at his high school Alma Mater, St. Xavier High School, where he has served as Chair of the St. Xavier Gala and has regularly partnered with the school to lead multiple LG&E Project Warm teams.
