With over 30 years of real estate experience providing tenant-focused services, Todd specializes in CRE strategy and portfolio management serving as an account manager or single point of contact for a number of local, national and global firms which include Corning Glass, Duke Energy, Farmers Insurance, Lenovo and Zurich Insurance. 

In addition to advising clients, Todd served as JLL's past President of the IPS Leadership Council for the United States. In that role, Todd led in expanding resources and services for the JLL US teams and ensuring best practices are shared around the country. 

Todd’s strengths include office property acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio strategy. Todd's diligence has helped some of the country's largest companies achieve their real estate objectives, saving them millions of dollars in occupancy costs. 

Experience 

Prior to joining JLL. Todd spent nearly 25 years with Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ-Equis) where he focused on corporate accounts, consulting, portfolio planning, tenant representation and sat on the leadership team for the Chicago office.
