Current Responsibilities:
Todd specializes in Agency leasing and tenant representation, continuing JLL’s efforts to expand throughout the Silicon Valley and Northern California markets. Todd’s responsibilities include partnering with the current Agency Team to grow market share, maximize the value of their client’s assets in the region and continue to expand JLL’s reach throughout the Bay Area.
Experience:
Todd joined JLL in January of 2023 to help lead the Silicon Valley and Peninsula Agency practice. Todd’s focus will be on leveraging his industry knowledge with his network to deliver outstanding results to clients. Todd spent the first 17 years of his real estate career at CBRE where he lead the Palo Alto and Burlingame offices as well as focused his brokerage career on advising landlords as well as financial service firms and tech companies. Todd also was the leader of the CBRE Tech & Media Practice Group where he coordinated multi-market approaches to winning business and delivering strategies.
Todd maintains close ties to Stanford University and the athletic department through fundraisers and community service projects. He was the radio color analyst the radio color analyst for the Stanford football team for 15 years and is an active member in SPIRE, or Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, where Todd serves as a mentor for students interested in commercial real estate. Todd is committed to improving the Palo Alto community and volunteers for a number of organizations including EPATT, Coaching Corps, Right to Play, Positive Coaching Alliance, CoachArt and the Child & Family Institute. Todd started a golf tournament in 2011 where he has raised over $400,000 for local charities that support local children’s groups through education and athletics.
Education and Affiliations:
Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master's degree in education at Stanford University. He was the quarterback of Stanford’s football team from 1996-2000 and in the 1999 season led the Cardinal to the Pac 10 Conference title and their first Rose Bowl since 1971. After college, Todd was drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft and played professionally for five years. In 2011, Todd started a charity golf tournament called Fore The Kids that has raised nearly $400,000 for local organizations which focus on children’s education and athletics. Todd currently resides in Menlo Park with his wife and 3 children. Todd coaches little league and served President of the St. Raymond Father’s Club which supports the school’s athletic teams, academic programs, and provides scholarship assistance. In Todd’s free time, he enjoys golf and travel.
