Current responsibilities
Todd Burnette is the Executive Managing Director in charge of the Fort Worth office for JLL. He is responsible for representing clients in solving their problems as they relate to commercial real estate.
Todd's expertise includes site selection, property dispositions and acquisitions, lease negotiations and strategic consulting. His experience and technical knowledge gives him an in-depth understanding of the complex nature of real estate and the mitigation of the associated risks.
Experience
Over the past 37+ years in the commercial real estate business in Fort Worth, Todd has negotiated more than 39 million square feet of commercial property leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
In addition, he has completed over 3,000 acres in site selection services for both corporations and public entities.

Education
Todd earned a bachelors of business administration from Southern Methodist University where he was a member of the SMU Soccer Team.
Affiliations
He recently completed his terms on the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Board, The Junior Achievement Board, and the Board of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. He is actively involved in the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.
