Current responsibilities
Todd Albert serves as Executive Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in the Great Lakes Region out of the Pittsburgh office, which provides valuation and advisory services in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, and New York.
Mr. Albert is responsible for the management of a staff of commercial property appraisers as well as business development, client services, and appraisal review. Mr. Albert has experience in providing commercial property appraisals, market studies, consultations, appraisal reviews, litigation support, and expert witness testimony.
Experience
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, The Ohio State University Masters in Business Administration, Nova Southeastern University
All education required for designation by the Appraisal Institute, including Advanced Income Capitalization techniques
Standards of Professional Practice Business Practices and Ethics Highest & Best Use and Market Analysis Advanced Sales Comparison and Cost Report Writing and Valuation Analysis
